Directions: Use half of the bag for a full bath at 97 - degrees F.
Relax in the bath for about 15 - 20 minutes. Avoid contact with eyes.
Then briefly shower with warm water and be sure to wrap yourself warmly and ideally rest for half an hour or more to allow the beautifying and relaxing effect of the bath to deeply penetrate for a while longer.
